  • Work with international PM and team in Dublin to capture the second milestone images.
  • Delegate work, bugs, and keep project on track to final deadline.

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Photography and adjustment for print and web layout requirements. Delivered multiple hand drawn Adobe Illustrator logo prototypes.
  • Developed custom web layouts based on customer sketch. Using DIV placement & transitional xml code requirements.
  • Optimized custom graphics for web page using Adobe Photoshop, and Fireworks.
  • Delivered completed web site under tight (two week) deadline.

  • Learned xml to update and modify web pages as needed for project.
  • Gathered requirements for and created downloadable help files (chm) for customers.
  • Developed a magazine to act as program guide for a specific training week by working with team members to achieve end goal.

Member Services Manager, National Eating Disorder Association       May 2005 – Sep 2006

  • Completed database relationship analysis for development data, resulting in increased accuracy of reporting.
  • Coordinated and implemented processes used to facilitate reconciliation between donation development database and the accounting database.
  • Researched and documented in-house database capabilities. Implemented new data population and reporting procedures.
  • Assessed data entry process, then re-designed process by changing the configuration of web site for ease of data entry.
  • Served customer population by troubleshooting account update needs remotely.
  • Trained users in new processes for online data entry and search in proprietary databases and software.    
  • Proposed, initiated and developed a web site for a section called Get Involved which promotes volunteer opportunities for site visitors.

Associate, Adecco Staffing: Portland, OR and  Seattle, WA
    Dec 2002 – Jan 2005

  • Learned by reverse engineering internal proprietary software that facilitated the process of updating an online manual for employees and subsequently provided documentation and training for web update tool at Washington Mutual Bank.
  • Compiled and delivered executive-level monthly board reports from multiple business teams for the Risk Management Department to the Executive Director of Risk Management Services department at Washington Mutual. Commonly communicating with executive level leadership various business unit leadership.
  • Performed a focused SWOT analysis on Earth Advantage’s procurement procedures. Presented findings and recommendations to CEO and other senior executives.
  • Analyzed existing document management system at Earth Advantage and designed new process, mapped (documented) the user procedures and guides.
  • Implemented document management system for Earth Advantage to the specifications of the parent company, Portland General Electric.

  • Gathered client requirements and documented recommendations on site layout and content changes.
  • Re-wrote HTML and JavaScript for compatibility with both Netscape and MS Internet Explorer; Adjusted JavaScript to needs of the client needs.
  • Trained full-time staff to maintain web page in-house.

Business Analyst, Fluor Corporation; Richland, WA
    June 2000 – Oct 2002

  • Mapped processes for Human Resource and Finance department to be used in PeopleSoft upgrade. Facilitated group participation and agreement on current and proposed processes.
  • Converted Fluor Hanford’s Procurement Department intranet from HTML to non-technical user interface created by Lockheed Martin Services.
  • Trained web content managers to use Rapid Web, a web content management tool created by Lockheed Martin Services, for Fluor Hanford’s intranet web page maintenance.
  • Trained colleagues at Fluor Hanford on intermediate to advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook features.
  • Trained Fluor Hanford users and trainers on Centa, a web based training tool, both use and creation of training sessions.
